David Dennison formed Dennison CPA, PC in 2010 which is a Church CPA practice that exclusively serves Christian ministries by providing audit and accounting services. Prior to forming Dennison CPA, PC; David served as the president of a church finance company that assisted ministries with their borrowing needs and personally originated over $225 million of church mortgage loans throughout the United States. This experience provided him a unique viewpoint of the financial “inner workings” of the local church and how to help church leaders improve the operations of their ministry through professional consultation.
David received his Bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado and subsequently earned his Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Management from the same school. Additionally; he earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Colorado Technical University prior to earning his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. In 2014; Mr. Dennison earned an executive certificate from Harvard University – Kennedy School of Government in Not-For-Profit Stewardship. He currently holds a CPA license in Minnesota, Colorado and Virginia which allows him to perform audit and accounting services for ministries throughout the entire United States of America (except Hawaii).
He was raised in the church and his father was a pastor, church planter, Army Chaplain and seminary professor; so he has a unique understanding and heart for the local church.

She graduated from Bemidji State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and became a licensed CPA in 2019. Shaina combines her technical knowledge with a practical, down-to-earth approach to help churches maintain clear, accurate financials without added stress. Shaina enjoys building strong, long-term relationships with the churches she serves. She’s known for being approachable, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in helping ministries focus on what matters most—their mission.

Amanda Bogaczyk serves as the Executive Assistant to David Dennison, where she supports the daily operations of the firm and helps create a smooth, thoughtful experience for both the team and its clients. While she does not come from an accounting background, Amanda brings a deep love for the Church and years of ministry and administrative experience.
She has faithfully served in many areas of ministry and now serves alongside her husband in youth ministry, giving her a unique understanding of the needs, challenges, and heart behind local churches. This perspective makes it a joy for her to support and serve churches in a different capacity through her work at Dennison CPA.
